Dear Health: Oregon + Alaska
Dear Health was born of the need to build brand awareness of specific service lines in both Oregon and Alaska. Different audiences, yes, but the same goal - to pay homage to the relationship between health provider and patient, but more importantly, between the patient and themselves.
How we take care of ourselves is just as important as how we’re taken care of by others. This, the hook into the campaign that spanned two states, multiple communities, video production on location in Portland, custom photo shoots in Hood River and Seaside, and matters of the heart, cancer, maternity, mental health and primary care.
Your health is dear.
It’s the longest relationship we’ll ever have. Sometimes fulfilling, at times painful. But unlike other relationships, there’s no parting ways. Because it’s your health.
And over the course of a lifetime, consumers develop a style of being with it: some treat it well, some horribly. Some are betrayed by it; others buoyed. Dear Health honors how consumers talk to their health in the face of inevitable change: with humor, despair, irreverence and triumph.
Providence’s role: to foster a better relationship between the consumer and health.
